A gentle, sacred space for women to explore scarcity beliefs, reclaim worthiness, and open to receiving. You are allowed to take up space - financially and fully.
This journal is one of my most personal creations. Every prompt comes from something I have witnessed - in myself, and in the women of this community. You are not broken. You are healing. And you do not have to do it alone.
A gentle note before you begin. Healing your relationship with money touches deep places - childhood, identity, survival. This journal is a compassionate companion, not a substitute for professional support. If old pain surfaces, please move slowly and reach out to a therapist or counsellor who understands trauma. You do not have to rush this healing. You are safe to go at your own pace.
Our relationship with money is shaped by what we were taught, witnessed, and told - often before we had words for it. Shame, fear, and unworthiness live quietly, driving our financial behaviour.
How you relate to money often reflects how you relate to yourself. Undercharging mirrors undervaluing. Refusing help mirrors difficulty receiving. The outer and inner are always in conversation.
6 portals. A daily practice. Gentle, evidence-based prompts that move you from scarcity to safety, from safety to worthiness, from worthiness to receiving. You are allowed to have more.
Move the sliders above to explore where you are today. Lower scores reveal where the deepest healing wants to happen. Begin with your lowest score portal - it chose you first.
After all 7 steps, visit the Integration tab to anchor this insight into a gentle daily practice or real-world action. Small shifts, held consistently, rewrite the story.
Tell the guide where you are, and she will generate personalised prompts, integration practices, or compassionate dialogues - tailored gently to your healing season right now.
What money belief or feeling showed up most this week? What activated you most strongly?
What new belief, even a slightly softer one, are you willing to try on this coming week?
"I release what was never mine to carry.
I am open to receive.
I am worthy - not because of what I earn,
but because of who I am."
